Every 6.5 seconds someone dies from tobacco use, says the World Health Organization. Research suggests that people who start smoking in their teens and continue for 2 decades or more will die 20-25 years earlier than those who never light up.
Dragon's Den star and anti-tobacco campaigner Duncan Bannatyne attended a Quit Because presentation in London and talked to The Sun newspaper about being Children's Champion for QUIT. We're raising £500,000 to train teens to help other teens quit smoking.
